When will I receive a checkbook and a credit card ?
You should receive your checkbook and credit card just a few days after opening your account. Your checkbook and credit card as well as your bank statements can be sent to your home address.
Can I set-up direct debits and standing orders from my French account ?
Yes. You can pay your bills by setting up standing orders and direct debits. Simply ask your advisor to provide you with an RIB 4, which is a simple form that you can forward to the relevant company. You can set up standing orders online, or if you prefer, just ask an advisor to organize this for you and we will do it straight away.
